At Orlando Recovery Center, recovery starts with a thorough intake process within 72 hours of admittance. We begin with a complete assessment that covers the patient’s physical, emotional, and medical status. We use this detailed evaluation to develop a treatment plan that’s tailored to the individual’s needs. From the time of admission, our team begins to plan the next steps in recovery to ensure the smoothest possible transition to the next level of care. We accept most types of insurance, as well as private payment.

Had a good experience overall. Staff was very helpful and welcoming, including the therapists, nurses and techs. Food was also very good. Only complaint is that it became to crowded with patients and it was evident that they were not staffed for this amount of patients. Other than that my experience was very good.

The treatment I received at ORC was probably the most through that I have ever had and I truly believe it will be my last. It was an unexpected surprise that they treat Eating Disorders as well! This really has been the missing part of my addiction treatment. They also provide a lot of education regarding CODA which has been very beneficial. Unfortunately the facility has been under staffed, and the staff working had been stretched thin. Those caused long medication lines and delays in the schedule for group meetings. Thankfully the behavioral health techs and therapists are ORC's saving grace. They are the reason I stayed for 28 days. I was able to learn much. They inspire self confidence and promote camaraderie amongst the patients. I would still highly recommend ORC addiction treatment. The following staff were exceptional. Therapist: Jasmine, Charity, Nnameka.BHTs: Alicia, Tamecko, Chelsea,Shawn, Aliyah, Pierre, Phil, Bridgette, SierraKitchen staff: Donna, Elizabeth, and Dantel.Dietician: KurryNurses: Cassidy, Quantina, Crystal, Erica

Amazing staff make this place great! Alicia was absolutely incredible during the admission process, she went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The therapists are educated and informative. The only negative is that the BHT's and nurses are often understaffed, causing a heavy work load on their part, and long lines for food, meds, etc.
