At Orlando Recovery Center, recovery starts with a thorough intake process within 72 hours of admittance. We begin with a complete assessment that covers the patient’s physical, emotional, and medical status. We use this detailed evaluation to develop a treatment plan that’s tailored to the individual’s needs. From the time of admission, our team begins to plan the next steps in recovery to ensure the smoothest possible transition to the next level of care. We accept most types of insurance, as well as private payment.

I’ve been here for 23 days and I have to say there have been a lot of ups and downs. It’s been a lot of inconsistency. They would for my vegetarian option for food to not letting you work out while people were smoking? How does that make sense. At the end of the day the people were the best part and got me through this experience. Certain staff member were awesome! Therapist Elizabeth was the best therapy sessions I had here. I learned so much. Nurse Cassidy made my days! BHT Phil, Mark, Alica, Annette Chelsea.Truly caring and kind. Justy too! Fantastic! At the end of the days we are all adults. You get what you put in to something and I left with my knowledge and now I’m on to the work after rehab!

Overall, I am grateful for my experience at ORC. Claire, Phil, Mark, Jasmine, Chelsea, Kaitlyn, Teona, Jose, Liz, Annette, and Pierre especially went above and beyond, and had an extremely positive impact. However, the lack of communication, follow through, and consistently changing policies and procedures from the leadership administration lead to a frequently frustrating and confusing experience for many. I hope in the future they'll consider the gravity of the impact that inconsistency and lack of attention to important issues has on the people that select and trust this facility to give them help, support, and tools for a better quality of life.

My overall experience was good. There is wonderful, caring staff here. I would personally like to acknowledge my therapist Shameeka and Elizabeth who was always available to me even though she wasn't my therapist. I also want to thank some of the best techs....Tamiko, Annette, Jessica , Both Chelsea's and Ms. Regina thank you ladies. I can't forget Mr. Dan. Thank you all for going above and beyond. I appreciate you all.

For my first and hopefully the last time in recovery Ive had a good experience. Good food, well equipped staff and therapies made my stay productive and comfortable. At times there are some inconsistencies and unorganized schedules although as I was leaving these changes were in the process of being implemented. Some grievances could easily be avoided with some proper communication between patients and the higher ups but In general it was an insightful experience and plan to implement whAt I’ve learned.
