Theresa Trombly-Frey, LMHC, CCTP, QS

Theresa Trombly-Frey is the Senior Clinical Director for The Recovery Village Umatilla and Orlando Recovery Center. She is a licensed mental health counselor and qualified supervisor for the state of Florida. Theresa has been certified as a trauma therapist and is trained in exposure, ART, EMDR, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Theresa has specialized in anxiety, addiction, and trauma. She has been with Orlando Recovery Center since 2021 and is passionate about training therapists and developing a dynamic curriculum for patients to keep things interesting and meeting the patients needs.
