About

Michelle Giordano has been a licensed pharmacist in New York State for nearly two decades. She received her doctorate in pharmacology from St. John’s University, where she earned an academic merit scholarship throughout the course of her studies. She has worked in the pharmacy retail industry and has provided medical counseling to numerous patients, including mental health guidance and addiction recovery strategies. Her passion for behavioral health is what led her to become involved in educating those struggling with an addiction. The stigma associated with substance use disorder has prevented individuals from seeking help, and it is vital that these individuals know that recovery is possible with the proper support.
