About

Minor Hawk, LMHC-QS serves as Program Director of the Orlando Outpatient Center, the outpatient sister location to Orlando Recovery Center. He brings more than three decades of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. Since 1991, Minor has worked across residential, inpatient, outpatient, community, court and social service settings, combining deep clinical knowledge with strong operational leadership.

A multimodal therapist, Minor integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, and trauma-informed care, with a strong focus on substance abuse treatment and co-occurring mental health conditions. His leadership ensures the program delivers structured, results-driven care tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Under Minor’s direction, the Orlando Outpatient Center provides comprehensive intensive outpatient programming (IOP) in a supportive, accountability-focused environment. The team is committed to helping clients build resilience, restore stability and create a sustainable path toward long-term recovery.
