Before joining The Recovery Village in 2025, Wesley served in business development roles within his family’s company, where he supported client outreach, relationship management, and operational growth efforts. Wesley also gained extensive experience in sales through his work in the travel industry. These positions allowed him to develop strong communication, strategic engagement, analytical skills, and sales strategies. In addition to his professional background, he brings the insight of lived experience in recovery, which equips him with a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction and enhances his ability to support individuals and families seeking treatment. He is excited to join a respected treatment organization where he can leverage both his professional experience and personal recovery background to support individuals seeking care.
